Mini Indoor Triathlon at HFAC!

Join us for the Check-In Challenge Mini Indoor Triathlon: a fun, fitness challenge open to ages 13+! This event is perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

Waves begin at 2:30pm, 3:00pm, and 3:30pm.

Event Course (completed in order – choose your level):

Level 1

1. Spin Bike: 5 miles

1. Indoor Track: 1 mile (12 laps)

1. Pool Swim: 200 yards (8 lengths)

Level 2

1. Spin Bike: 10 miles

2. Indoor Track: 2 mile (24 laps)

3. Pool Swim: 400 yards (16 lengths)

Participants will complete each stage at their own pace, with staff available to assist with timing, transitions, and guidance throughout the event.

Event registration includes T-Shirt in your choice of size.

Compete against others or your own personal best!

Complete the waiver sent in your confirmation email to participate.

Registration fee includes a day pass to the facility - so hang out in the therapy pool, hot tub, sauan or steam room to recuperate after your race!
