Mini Entrepreneur Holiday Expo

HARMONY HOMESCHOOL HUB and MAMA BEAR HEALTH ACADEMY are teaming up to provide an event for kids to showcase products or services for the community!

Our Mini Entrepreneur Holiday Expo are for kids of ALL AGES! Due to a significant interest in the first event, we decided to open up the event for ALL KIDS, not just homeschoolers.

This event will provide students with a unique chance to learn about entrepreneurship by creating and selling their own products or offering services.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain real-world skills in business management, marketing, and customer service, all while engaging in a fun and supportive environment.

We will also give kids who wish to participate, an opportunity to speak about their products/services. This would be a great learning experience for kids to develop public speaking skills and to learn how to communicate how their product and/or services can benefit someone.

Some examples of products and services that can be sold/offered may include:

• Customized Bracelets and Jewelry: Create unique designs with beads, charms, and colorful threads.
• Painted Rocks: Turn ordinary stones into beautiful pieces of art with vibrant colors and patterns.
• Handcrafted Greeting Cards: Design and sell cards for special occasions like birthdays, holidays, or thank-yous.
• DIY Science Kits: Create and sell kits for simple science experiments that kids can do at home.
• Pet Sitting/ Baby Sitting/ Mother's Helper: Offer to take care of pets or kids for neighbors and friends while they’re away.
• Tutoring and Homework Help: Share your knowledge and help others with subjects you excel in.
• Music Lessons: Teach basic skills on a musical instrument you play well, like the guitar or piano.

This is meant to be an educational experience for the kids. Upon registration, you will receive an e-mail including a worksheet for your child(ren) to fill out prior to event in order to be entered in to a raffle. (If your child is a returning vendor, they will receive a new worksheet focusing on showcasing a specific product).
