Mini Conversations in Colour: Creative Journaling about Infant Feeding

This group is FREE and all materials will be provided by Mothercraft.

We collage, we scribble, we paint, we doodle, we play!

No art experience needed.

Facilitated by an RN-Psychotherapist (training in art therapy) and an

IBCLC/parent support worker, our FREE 3-week session is for parents who

feel they would benefit from emotional and practical support processing

their infant feeding journey.

TOPICS INCLUDE:

April 9: Acknowledge and validate feelings around infant feeding

April 16: Maternal identity separate from infant feeding

April 23: Re-focusing on strengths and maternal capacity

In-person at Mothercraft Ottawa 475 Evered Ave, Ottawa

The small print:

· This is a closed group, meaning registration is required for the 3 week sessions. We understand that life is unpredictable with babies, so occasional absences are expected!

· Registration is limited to 6 participants.

· “Babes-in-arms”/infants who are not yet crawling are welcome. Adult participants make art while babes nap and play in the infant-friendly space.
