Mini Camp Congress for Girls San Francisco 2025

Mini Camp Congress for Girls San Francisco 2025 is an introduction to the United States political system for girls ages 6 and 7. Camp begins with a lesson on the structure of the U.S. political system, the process of running for office and voting in the United States. Each girl will create a platform of issues she cares about most, create her own campaign poster and record a campaign ad. Camp will culminate with the girls convening a Congress and passing their own bill. All girls will serve as members of Congress. Girl Scouts earn the new civics badge.

Who are the instructors? Our Lead Instructors are women that currently or have previously worked in government or electoral politics. Our support staffers are current or former licensed teachers. Our instructors and support staff have criminal background checks.
