Mini & Me is a yoga & mindfulness bonding experience designed for caregivers and their little ones to move, breathe, connect, and grow — together.
Through playful partner poses, calming breathwork, cooperative games, and short guided rest, this series supports emotional regulation, confidence, body awareness, and secure attachment — all inside your Urban Oasis for Mindfulness.
Each session explores a different theme, building skills progressively while keeping it imaginative and fun. This is not a drop-off class — it’s shared presence. Grown-ups participate fully.
There will be laughter, grounding moments, connection, and tools you can bring home.
Come to one session or come to all three over the summer season!
$25 per session (includes ticket for one adult + one child)
