Mini and Me Yoga

Stretch, breathe, and bond in this playful Mini and Me Yoga class designed for kids ages 5–10 and their caregivers. Through fun yoga poses, partner stretches, simple breathing exercises, and imaginative movement games, families will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness together.

Each class blends lighthearted activities with calming relaxation to help children develop body awareness, confidence, and focus—while giving caregivers a special opportunity to connect and move with their little one.
