Minehead Santa Fun Run 5K and 1K Family Run/Walk

This Fun Run is organised in support of Guide Dogs - all money raised goes towards supporting this wonderful, life changing charity. Many thanks go to Minehead Rotary Group for their continued support in helping make this event as special and safe as it is.

Meet our Guide Dogs, buy a raffle ticket, buy your ChrisTomas cards, wrapping paper and small gifts all Guide Dogs branded - all profits go towards Guide Dogs.

Route information

This fun run takes runners on a flat 5k seaside circuit, with views of the esplanade and harbour. Choose to run or walk! Pushchairs and dogs (on a short lead) are very welcome on the route which is the same as the Saturday parkrun event. This year we are featuring a 1K walk or run that the whole family can enjoy.

• Santa suit (for the family 1k walk or run there's a Santa hat included in the entry fee for every entrant)

• Pre and Post walk/run drinks at discounted rate at The Beach Hotel - hot food is also available from the Hotel

Parking

There is plenty of paid parking available either on the streets near the course or in the car park nearby.

Spectator Info

Spectators are very welcome. There are plenty of viewing and supporting points along the route.
