Minecraft Summer Camp at MOCA is back by popular demand! In this four-day-long programme, campers will be introduced to the fundamentals of architectural design through Minecraft, a video game that doubles as a tool for design and education. The programme will help campers develop skills around design, teamwork, visual communication and creativity.
Jam-packed with crafts, games, friendship, and outdoor activities at nearby parks, Minecraft Summer Camp will involve hands-on art-making, responding to the themes of community, development and our impact on the environment. Campers will also explore works of contemporary art close to home, incorporating MOCA’s current exhibition, Greater Toronto Art 2024 (GTA24).
This programme is developed in partnership with students and graduates of the John H. Daniels School of Architecture.
