MINDWAVE "Reiki in Aerial Silk Sound Bath"

Come cozy up in aerial silk hammocks and cocoon into a blissful 90-minute Reiki Sound Bath in Aerial Silks led by Jenny Le, founder of MINDWAVE™. This sacred seasonal pause invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves, and gently reset your nervous system as we transition from darkness toward light.

Suspended comfortably in soft aerial silks, you’ll be guided through a meditative sound journey infused with Reiki energy healing, designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and restore balance. Healing frequencies ripple through the body like gentle waves, supporting emotional release, deep relaxation, and inner stillness.

This is a time to surrender, receive, and reconnect with yourself — exactly as you are.

✨ No experience required. Just bring an open heart and mind, and let the sound carry you home to yourself.

Location: Westcoast Hot Yoga 1461 Johnston Rd, Unit #101, White Rock, BC

Wear:

• Warm and comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation

(Additional props are optional and not mandatory.)

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. As this is a meditative experience, the doors will be locked promptly at the start time to maintain a peaceful environment for all participants.

Kindly silence your phone and avoid wearing strong perfumes or fragrances.

This Reiki energy healing with the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other therapeutic instruments. Each layer of sound and energy guides the body toward a state of homeostasis, where the nervous system can regulate and healing can naturally unfold.
