What This Workshop Is
Life moves fast and stress is part of everyday life.
This Mindset Lab explores the science behind meditation and how it supports mental , physical, and emotional well-being. We’ll break down common myths, introduce a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques, and share simple, evidence-informed tools to help you pause, reset, and feel more grounded no prior experience required.
This session is designed to be approachable, practical, and welcoming to everyone.
What You’ll Learn
• Why meditation can be beneficial for the brain and nervous system
• The science behind how meditation works
• How to find a meditation or mindfulness practice that feels sustainable and realistic for you
• Practical tools you can use in daily life to manage stress and feel more present

Hosted by: Think Positive Club is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing
accessible, preventative mental health education through
community workshops, research-informed tools, and inclusive
wellness experiences. Our goal: make mental health tools
practical, welcoming, and available to everyone.
