Minds in Motion Public Tour: Portraits of Power

Join us as we look at portraits in ancient Egypt and their use as a timeless tool of political strength, religious devotion and eternal legacy. The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, in partnership with the KU Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, provides free gallery tours for people with memory loss and their care partners. Come explore art at the museum with specially trained docents sensitive to the interests and abilities of our visitors.
