Join us for a rejuvenating Mindfulness Workshop where we'll explore various mindfulness practices to cultivate inner peace and presence. This workshop will guide you through a series of exercises, including a calming body scan, gentle movement to release tension, a peaceful sitting meditation, and a reflective discussion to integrate your experience.Registration is required. Cost is $5 to attend.

Tyler's Redemption Place (home of Hope United) is a Recovery Community Organization (RCO) in Summit County. This RCO that offers hope to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder through recovery and support group meetings, events, life skills classes, and other activities focused on the mind, body, spirit in a community setting.
Additionally, Tyler's Redemption Place provides free non-clinical recovery peer support and family peer support as a Drop-In Center six days a week.
