This relaxing mini retreat is for people who want to learn how to reduce their stress levels and bring more flow into their daily lives. Specially designed activities will help participants in learning stress management techniques while building and reinforcing a self-care routine. All activities are done from the ground, with no riding. No previous horse experience is necessary!The clinic includes
* 3 stress reducing activities with horses
* A lesson on horse psychology and the relationship between stress, horses, and personal well-being
* A guided mindfulness meditation or mindful walk, as decided by the group
* Time for journaling after each activity
* Refreshments and snacks as well as a journal and pen are included!

* Receipt is provided day of clinic
