5pm-6pm Skills Based Group w/ Danielle Nay, LCSW:

Through guided exercises, real-life applications, and group discussion, participants learn how to manage stress, regulate emotions, and stay present.

6pm-7pm Sound Bath w/ Gabrielle Marangi, C-IAYT, E- RYT 500 & YACEP: Unwind in a calming sound bath where soothing tones help melt stress and quiet the mind. Simply relax, breathe, and let the sound guide you back to balance.
