Mindfulness is about training the mind to be in the present moment, that is, bringing awareness to what is happening in the here and now. It is about observing curiously and non-judgmentally what is happening inside of us and around us through love, kindness and compassion.Mindfulness with Elaine in collaboration with Esplora Interactive Science Centre will be offering an amazing experience aimed for children between the ages of 6 to 10 years old with an interactive 2-hour mindful session. During this experience, children will be able to learn different mindfulness and well-being techniques whilst at the same time making use of the resources that the venue has to offer.
