Breathing Meditation:

Vipassana Meditation

9:00am-9:30am: introduction

9:30 am-10:00 am.Loving-kindnesss meditation.

10:00am-10:15 am short break.

10:15 am-11:00 am Breathing meditation.

11:00 am-12:00 pm. Lunch Break

12:30 pm - 12:30 pm Q&A

12:30 pm - 3:1:15 pm walking meditation.

1:15 pm - 1:30 pm Short break..

1:30 pm - 2 :15 Impermanant meditation.

2:15 pm - 2: 45 pm Skeleton Meditation.

2:45 pm - 3:00 pm short break.

3:00pm -3:45 pm walking and sitting meditation.

.3:45pm - 4:00 pm Closing cycle: a final gathering where participants share insights.
