Join us and Steven Nagle Photography for a nature photography walk on Thursday, August 14th from 4-5:30 PM at the new Pawtucket Farm Wildlife Sanctuary!
With views of the Merrimack River, this serene 22-acre sanctuary features diverse habitats including meadows, wetlands, heathland, and forest. There are many flora and fauna to observe and photograph, especially when we pause to take in the scenery and become more mindful of our surroundings.
This will be a leisurely walk along accessible, All Person Trails with many stops to observe the natural setting. The tour will be co-led by photographer and LP&CT volunteer land steward, Steve Nagle, as well as Tony Trinidad Martinez, our Community Conservation Coordinator, and Kathy Hirbour, Environmental Educator.
Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. A camera (or phone with camera) is recommended, but not required to enjoy the program!
This event is weather-dependent and will be postponed to August 28th if there is heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme heat.

Taking public transportation or carpooling is highly encouraged as parking is limited at this time.
Please note, since this is a wildlife sanctuary:
Dog walking and horseback riding are prohibited; please leave all animals and pets at home (service animals welcome)
Foot travel only; please stay on trails (day passes are available for powered mobility devices)
Camping, collecting, smoking, hunting, fishing, releasing of animals, and feeding wildlife is prohibited. We appreciate your understanding.
