Come and join myself and Dr Sarah Bateup for a day of tranquility, mindfulness and nature immersion at The Fulcrum Retreat.
Life can be fast paced. We busy ourselves with multiple tasks and may find ourselves worrying about countless things. Our bodies can become tense and we may experience headaches, sleep disturbance or muscular aches and pains. The aim of this retreat will be focussing on slowing down and calming our nervous systems.
Learn about and practice mindfulness. Experience a sound bath. Enjoy lunch in our wild kitchen, try out some green sketching and finish off with a sauna, a dip in the hot tub or a mindful walk through the meadow.
The Fulcrum is proud to collaborate with Hannah for this special half day retreat. Hannah from Stellular Sounds specialises in offering unique and rejuvenating sound therapy experiences. With a strong commitment to enhancing mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being Hannah will be discussing techniques and ways to use sound in our day to day lives to alleviate systems of stress, anxiety, insomnia and other common illnesses.
