Calling all handstand enthusiasts! Are you ready to take your handstand practice to the next level? Join us for a dynamic workshop designed especially for individuals comfortable with kicking up into a handstand against a wall and confidently holding a chest-to-wall handstand for at least 20 seconds.
Throughout the workshop, you'll focus on enhancing your endurance, exploring varied entry techniques, improving balance, and perfecting your straight Handstand. Our goal is to refine your handstand alignment and elevate your practice.
The workshop will feature drills and exercises using walls, boxes, and freestanding positions. We'll guide you through progressions, ensuring you can practice and develop your skills in different contexts. We're fully equipped to adjust exercises to match your comfort and skill level.
Endurance is crucial, and we'll introduce exercises to build stamina, allowing you to hold a handstand longer and with greater stability. We'll also explore various entry techniques, adding versatility to your practice.
Balance is key, and we'll provide drills to improve and refine your control. Expect personalized guidance, a supportive environment, and an inclusive space for growth and learning.
Plus, as a participant, you'll receive a complimentary goody bag with snacks and a trigger point ball to aid your practice.
