Join us for an evening of connection and community. We will be hosting a monthly gathering that will be an open forum to share and participate in wellness and wellbeing practices. Come as you are after work. The room will be open at 5 to mingle and meet and start time of practice will be flexible to allow those that wish to attend, time to arrive.
