Reduce stress levels, become less judgemental and have a greater appreciation for the only moment we can experience, the present moment.Whether you are new to minfulness meditation or want to practice within a group setting.
These sessions can accomodate your needs to gain more focus and feel an immense sense of calm and clarity .
Within the first 20 minutes of each session. You will be taught mindfulness meditation tecniques through a training presentation.
At 1:20pm, a 20 minute group mindfulness meditation session will start that is open to beginners through to all levels of expertise.
Experince the benefits of mindfulness meditation in this monthly series , every second Monday of the month.
Please note that this program is recommended for ages 15+
