Mindfulness Meditation Beginner’s Class(In-person) 3-Session Course

Welcome to a unique opportunity to explore mindfulness and insight meditation. The Satipatthana Meditation Society of Canada (SMSC) is offering an in-person, 3-session course designed to help you reduce stress, enhance well-being, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
In this class, you will learn to integrate mindfulness into your daily life through sitting, walking, and everyday moments. These techniques will provide you with tools for gaining insight into the inner workings of your mind. Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to attend.
Course Details:
When: Tuesdays, September 9, 16, and 23, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Where: The Shop Theatre, 8877 Selkirk Street, Vancouver, BC
Cost: Free (donations are welcome)
Teacher: Dr. Sean Pritchard, a former Buddhist monk with a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
