It’s an invitation to shake off stress, reconnect with your body, and feel uplifted through music, movement, and community. 👐
Dancing in this way helps release stuck energy, boost mood, and reconnect with joy. Whether you’re coming to let go, express, or simply feel more alive — you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Solfeggeo has been journeying through many years of production with an instrumental musical background; his recent years of mixing tunes have opened up so much more inspiration and tastes in music.
With a vast spectrum of vibes to share, it's always an incredible treat to be able to take the dancefloor on a journey through progressive and emotive melodic intricacies. ✨

To close the evening, we’ll settle into a guided sound healing meditation with the Roots and Rhythm team, featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, and gentle instruments. This is a space to integrate, relax, and restore — supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mental clarity. We’ll finish with a song or two shared in community, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed.
