Mindfulness Meditation & Sound Bath

Have you ever considered immersing yourself into the healing vibration of sound?

This class offers a meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves. During the session, various sound healing instruments are played, including quartz crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and Tibetan singing bowls etc.

• 7.15pm - The session begins as soon as you enter the hall with music tuned to 432hz (a healing frequency). Snuggle down and get cosy.
• 7.30pm - A gentle guided meditation follows taking you deep into relaxation, leaving you open to receiving the healing frequencies of the various sound instruments that follow.
• Bathe for 40 mins in the healing sounds.
• Notice the contrast with a few moments of silence.
• Return to full awareness with a grounding meditation.
• 8.30pm - Class ends and you receive a mindfulness gift to take home.

As we are heading into the colder months make sure to wear plenty of layers. You will naturally start to feel cool as you relax and the room is an old village hall which can be draughty.

It is said that we resonate with sound, and every cell in our body vibrates at various frequencies. This class has the potential to restore your vibration, bringing you back into balance. All you need to do is be present and allow the healing sounds to wash over you.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket, and anything else you need to feel warm and cozy. Water is provided. Come on your own or bring a friend.

If you find it difficult to get up and down from a yoga mat, you can sit on chair during these sessions. Some people find it difficult lying down for an hour on a yoga mat and it's important that you are comfortable. Do what's right for you.
