Come and escape the stresses of life and allow us to look after you to take a slower pace and immerse yourself in the different forest atmosphere we have to offer.

These 60min sessions are spent mindfully walking and stopping at different areas in woodlands and nature reserves to be guided through different meditation and visualisations. Inspiring you to incorporate techniques into your own personal walks and adventures in nature.
