Mindfulness might lead some folks to enlightenment but for me, it's all about finding ways to stay calm and carry on. We live in the real world. We are constantly bombarded with information and pulled by inside voices and outside forces to hurry up and do something. We do need to do the things and mindfulness can help us to do the things with less struggle.Join Kate for a 4 week introduction to mindfulness. She'll teach you what it is, how to start and how it can help you navigate the chaos that we call life in the 21st century. By the end of the 4 weeks you will have an understanding of what it is and ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. You can do this.
Mondays 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Hybrid offering: In Studio and on Zoom
Starts May 13th and runs through June 3rd
Sessions will be recorded for replay if you are unable to attend
