Join the Portage Township YMCA and Pillars of Wellness for an engaging and restorative Mindfulness for Everyday Wellness Workshop designed to support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This interactive experience welcomes community members of all backgrounds—no prior mindfulness experience needed.During this guided workshop, participants will explore core mindfulness principles and learn practical techniques to manage stress, increase self-awareness, and build emotional resilience. Through hands-on exercises such as breath awareness, body scans, walking mindfulness, and sound-based practices like singing bowls, you’ll gain tools you can use immediately in daily life.
In the true YMCA spirit of connection and growth, the session will also include group reflection and discussion, allowing participants to learn from shared experiences and build supportive community around wellness.
