Join Chrissie for 90 minutes of mindful exploration, every 4th Friday from 7:30-9pm.
"I will be offering a journey into Mindfulness, Journaling and Meditation, to help better manage stress and anxiety in your life. I will guide you through practices, that you can practice at home and incorporate into your own daily life."
At your first session you will be provided with a journal. Sessions will be held monthly and are booked on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Classes are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is plenty of free parking nearby.
Pre-booking is essential as there are limited spaces.
