An in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) session kicks off in June 2026 on Saturday mornings at All Saints Lutheran Church, in Eagan, MN!
MBSR has been researched for over 40 years and consistently delivers benefits associated with increased self-awareness, and attentional and emotional regulation. In addition, outcomes have included reductions in symptoms for various physical and behavioral health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression, chronic pain and hypertension.
This highly participatory, practical course includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching and mindful yoga, group dialogue and discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life, and daily home assignments. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program schedule consists of one orientation class (1.5 hours), eight weekly classes (2.5-3 hours), and one daylong retreat on a Saturday or Sunday (6.5 hours).
Schedule for the Summer 2026 Saturday Mornings Session:
Orientation: June 20 from 9:30 - 11 a.m.
Session 1: June 27 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
No session on Saturday, July 4, 2026
Session 2: July 11 from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Session 3: July 18 from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Session 4: July 25 from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Session 5: August 1 from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Session 6: August 8 from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Retreat: August 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Session 7: August 22 from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Session 8: August 29 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Location: In Person at All Saints Lutheran Church, 3810 Lexington Ave S, Eagan, MN 55123

Please note, you are still able to register for a program after the orientation session and you will be sent any important details from the session and connected with your facilitator prior to the first session.
Access to downloadable audio recordings of meditation and mindfulness exercises is included in your registration fee, for your use in practicing outside of class.
This course is approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching for 28.5 continuing education units (CE-000068-1).
