This is a time of integration, of tending to what has been planted, and allowing your energy to move forward with clarity and intention.

Surrounded by sound, you’ll be guided into a state of rest and receptivity as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, and layered harmonic instruments wash through the body. These vibrations support the nervous system in softening, clearing what feels heavy, and restoring a sense of inner balance.

Whether you are seeking relaxation, renewal, or simply a moment to pause, this experience offers a supportive container to reconnect with yourself and the natural unfolding of the season.

Led by Donnabelle Casis of SonorousLight™, this session is intuitively guided and uniquely crafted to support this seasonal threshold—restoring balance, nurturing well-being, and helping you reconnect with your inner rhythm as the year gently unfolds.
