In this workshop, participants will be gently guided through a series of abstract, mindfulness-based creative practices designed to foster relaxation, intention, and inner peace. Using a variety of media, you'll explore techniques that invite you to reflect, release, and create with presence. This workshop is designed for ALL skill levels and offers a supportive space to quiet the mind, embrace the process, and transform chaos into calm through meaningful, expressive art.
