Give your child the gift of mindfulness and movement with this engaging and interactive class designed specifically for homeschoolers! Led by Valerie DeWitt, E-RYT, RCYT, an experienced yoga instructor with over 20 years of practice, this session blends breathwork, movement, and mindfulness techniques to promote well-being in children.
