Dear Soul đź«€ A day retreat to close the year with purpose, create space to pause, reflect and get clarity before the new year starts.
Every year I dedicate a whole day to closing the year and setting intentions. December tends to be a crazy time and I believe pausing is necessary to reflect on the year we just lived and get some clarity on the lessons we learnt, the goals we achieved and to start planting seeds for the new year.
This has been a workshop for the past 2 years and this year I took a big leap and I’m turning it into a day retreat. Image a day for yourself with yoga, journaling, art and relaxation. A space to slow down and close the year with purpose. Your future self will be grateful you took time to integrate the year that is finishing and start to plant new seeds . I wanted to create a space in which we could let go of the year that passed and welcome the new year with an open heart and soulful intentions. I
As the year comes to an end it's the perfect time to pause, reflect, and get clear with our intentions. More often than not we get to the last 2 months of the year with a busy mind. This will be a space for YOU. To pause, reflect and get clear and honour what your heart desires.

What to expect
10am Arrival and settling in time. Small surprise gift to use during the day and to keep.
10:30am Chakra yoga flow Journaling session Integrating and letting go of 2024
12pm Brunch and free time. Swims and chats.
1pm Meditation Cacao ceremony Setting intentions session. Reflecting on learnings and creating space for your intentions to settle with clarity.
2pm Watercolour Art session: painting my Soul's intentions. We will create an illustration that reflects our soul's deepest intentions as a reminder of what we have learnt in this journey and what we want to see grow.
Light snacks 3:30pm-4:15pm Relaxation with sounds and essential oil blends to integrate the experience
