Join Shalabh Kamboj, owner and managing director of Paradise Beach Purveyors, to try some of these mouth-watering dips. A must attend leading up to Christmas!
- CLASSIC HOMMUS 200G - Full of lemony flavour with a slightly nutty texture, a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a hint of aromatic spice.
- ROAST BEET HOMMUS 200G - sweet earthy flavour, intense purple colour, and sumptuous velvety texture than to roast beetroot whole and peel it.
- BABA GHANOUSH 200G - We chargrill and peel an awful lot of eggplant every week and combine it with fresh garlic, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil to create authentic Baba Ghanoush. It’s a labour of love but the smooth, smoky, luxurious difference is in every tub of Paradise Beach Baba Ghanoush.
- TZATZIKI 200G - Creamy premium natural yoghurt combined with coarsely shredded cucumber, roughly chopped fresh mint, fresh garlic and olive oil.
- PESTO SWIRL 160G - The contrasting texture of a lemon and cracked pepper sour cream base swirls together with the bright colours and intensely aromatic flavours of our handmade Classic Basil and Chargrilled Red Pepper Pestos for a unique and very popular treat.
- SMOKED TROUT & CHIVE 150G - Top quality Australian Hot Smoked Trout makes this Multi Gold Award Winning dip one of our most popular. The tang of lemon, hints of horseradish and accents of cracked black pepper add character. Perfect on any occasion.
- GARLIC DIP 180G - Our Garlic dip is delicious and super rich in flavour. Specially made to cater Australian tastes. Smooth and flavoursome.
