Mindfulness and Yoga Retreat

What is self-care really about? It’s simply the time we take to look after our mind and body. Self-care is also deeply personal. It’s specific to what each of us needs and what fits into our routines: a morning walk in the fresh air, a warm bath after a long day, a one day of yoga and mindfulness meditation practices.

But how do we practice self-care when life gets in the way? Maybe we’re too busy, too exhausted, too focused on others to quite literally give ourselves a break. As it turns out, when there’s more going on in our life, that’s when we need our self-care practices the most.

Join us for a one day Yoga Retreat to restore, relax and reconnect with yourself and your practice. Nourish your body and mind in nature with outdoor yoga, healthy meals and meditation experience. We’ll use mindfulness to help us identify what we can do to feel our best, no matter what life throws our way.

The yoga classes will be friendly and all levels are welcome.

There will be four practices: hatha yoga, mindfulness meditation, myo-yin yoga, and we'll end up having an awesome yoga nidra experience.

This is an amazing opportunity to slow down, turning the attention from the outside world and the other people to yourself, your body, your spirit and your heart.

What to bring.

Please bring: Yoga mat, yoga props if you have any( belt, blocks, bolster), comfortable clothes, a small towel , sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and a flower for the open ceremony.
