Join us for these group sessions if you are interested in exploring mindfulness and meditation practices and how the benefits of mindfulness can be incorporated into daily life. We’ll try out a variety of techniques and talk about how/why they are helpful. The group is open to anyone who is curious about themselves and about mindfulness – no previous experience is needed.The group is led by Jennie Ross, who has been working with groups and individuals for over a dozen years, sharing
practical concepts and techniques for bringing
the benefits of mindfulness into daily life.
