This class is a mindful practice perfect for beginners and those afraid of yoga and those poses that aren’t accessible to all.
We move mindfully with the breath to create balance within the body and the mind. Starting on the floor or in a chair, we begin with breath awareness before working on the mobility and stability of the joints. From the floor to standing, we work through a gentle practice to help move prana (energy) within the body, while also improving strength and flexibility.
Breathwork and mindfulness are incorporated throughout the entire class.
