Deepening Practice & Integration

This module continues the journey of mindful yoga, focusing on how practice matures over time — and how it can become something lived, embodied, and integrated in a natural way.
As the practice deepens, attention turns toward subtle patterns of mind and heart, and how awareness can support more clarity, freedom, and ease in both inner life and relationships. 🌱
Together we explore how to:
• deepen presence and stability in practice
• refine awareness of subtle mental and emotional patterns
• strengthen the capacity to stay grounded in daily life
• integrate mindfulness more fully into teaching and living
• support a steady and authentic inner development
The training is rooted in classical yoga and mindfulness-based approaches, offered in a grounded and accessible way for modern practitioners.
Led by Jonathan Weber, with over 30 years of experience in yoga and meditation, known for a calm, clear, and heart-centered teaching style.
