Mindful WOmen meets the second Monday of the month from September thru May; our quarterly dinner meetings at 6pm at CUMC are on September 8, December 8, March 9, and My 11). These dinner meetings are lively and fun. We also meet in two small group sessions each of the other months on October 13, November 10, January 12, February 9, and April 13 at 1 and 6pm at CUMC. Small group sessions are held in-person and via Zoom, during which we study and discuss Bible or CUMC mission topics. This season we will use the book, "Alone, Together," by Brian Houser, a collection of short essays that encourage us to find ways to pause, to notice, and to reconnect.
