Mindful Walking Weekend at Fair Harvest Permaculture 8th & 9th of March 2025Dates: 8th & 9th March
Times: Saturday 8:30am & 3:30pm, Sunday 8:30am.
Location: Fair Harvest Permaculture Farm, Carters Rd, Margaret River, W.A.
On this weekend retreat with Regenerative Bushland Manager, Permaculturalist, and Universalist Dharma Teacher Lama Sonam / Ian Hackett, participants will learn mindful walking in nature techniques on the beautiful Fair Harvest Permaculture property, revealing and connecting inner and outer aspects of experience.
Ian will introduce practices for walking the land, respectfully moving with country, interacting with landscape ecologies through the sensory body, and understanding the relationships between the mind, body, spirit and environment. Ian is part of the core teaching group on our Permaculture Design Certificate courses.
Stay onsite for the weekend or attend classes daily, staying offsite.

To join the mindful walking sessions, please select the amount you can afford from the booking options. The cost includes all sessions, venue use, and teacher support.

With over 30 years of experience in regenerative bushland management, organics, agriculture, and permaculture in diverse Australian landscapes, including the Northern Jarrah Forests, Great Southern and Southwest of W.A., Ian has worked on environmental programs in the remote Kimberley, Daintree, and Northern Rivers region of NSW.
