Join us for a rejuvenating Mindful Walk at Lapinlahti to celebrate Mental Health Day! This event is designed to help you reconnect with nature, unwind, and foster a sense of well-being in the beautiful surroundings of Lapinlahden Lähde.

- Leave your mark by sharing your impressions through words, sketches, or photographs. These reflections will be compiled into a collage and featured on our blog.

- 18:30: Embark on your unplanned journey, exploring the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings.
- 19:15: Conclude the journey and take a moment to reflect.
After your walk, spend 10 minutes writing in any language, drawing, or sharing a word that captures your experience. Your reflections are valuable! Ingrid will document these with your consent for future sharing.
