Mindful Trail Chats for Women in their 20s/30s: MacRitchie Nature Park

Join us for Trail Chats—a monthly, female-focused hike designed to help you escape the hustle, connect with like-minded women, and recharge in nature. Whether you're looking to meet new people, reflect, or simply enjoy a mindful walk, this hike offers a space to slow down and be present.

What the ticket covers:

• A guided 2-3 km hike
• Activities included a 1-2 grounded meditation practice, and facilitated conversations along the hike that allow you to go below the surface. We encourage conversations that flow naturally—about everything from personal goals to shared experiences
• A chance to connect with women in their 20s and 30s who are also seeking a mindful, intentional space
• Time to be still, enjoy nature, and reflect!
