About this Event

Join us for an in-person presentation designed for parents and caregivers raising children aged 9-19, featuring tips and strategies to establish healthy screen boundaries and foster emotional resilience in their teens. After a successful event and at the request of parents, we’re bringing this event to Lynwood.

Our presenter, Dr. Jennifer Tininenko, will lead an eye-opening discussion on the real effects of screens on adolescent mental health. Dr. Tininenko will break down what the research says about social media, gaming, and screen time—and how these digital habits can contribute to stress, sleep issues, and anxiety.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with others, share their experiences, and learn about strategies to help their children establish healthy screen boundaries, reduce technology-related stress, and promote emotional resilience in their teens. Participants will leave with actionable tips they can implement right away to create a healthier balance with technology in their homes.

Whether your teen is glued to their phone or you want to be proactive about their mental well-being, this talk is for you!
