Mindful Sex, Pleasure, and Intimacy (Fort Collins)

Are you finding it difficult to focus when you feel you should be enjoying some sexy times? Do you feel like your mind is always somewhere else when you’d rather it be in the present, especially during more intimate times?

This workshop is for you, particularly if you answered “yes” to either or both of those questions! In this workshop, we’ll cover:

-How to practice mindfulness and learn how it can take your “meh” feelings to “epic!”

-Understanding the human body’s mechanisms in an engaging, refreshing way. (Hint: humans are cars)

-New vocab words to destigmatize words and allow for healthier, more clear communication.

-Practical, take-home ways to invigorate your mind (and the rest of your 'bod) with mindfulness routines and activities.

-Even more cool stuff you probably had no idea existed!

This event is open to all ages, sexualities, genders, ethnicities, races, and backgrounds. If you are 16 or younger, please bring a parent or guardian with you.
