Zana Williams is an attorney, keynote speaker, and the founder and CEO of Mindful Resolutions.

Mindful Resolutions is an educational training platform that utilizes negotiation, mediation, and restorative justice practices to teach mindful communication, de-escalation, and life skills to at-risk, court-involved, and foster youth (ages 11-18) and adults who work with youth.

She has created and facilitated multiple successful youth pilot programs nationally and internationally.

Prior to becoming an attorney and founding Mindful Resolutions, Zana worked with foster and court-involved youth for over 15 years.

The US Embassy selected Zana as their keynote speaker and youth mentor in the Pledge for Parity in Lesotho, Africa. The Oklahoma Bar Association has recognized Zana for her role in co-facilitating a mentorship-based mock trial program for court-involved youth.
