About this Event
Our daily interactions and experiences can often trigger intense and unsettling emotions. Unfortunately, many of us have been conditioned to suppress these challenging emotions, causing them to become trapped within us. Over time, the accumulated charge of these suppressed emotions can negatively impact our mental, emotional, and physical well-being, leading to a range of unwanted symptoms.
In this workshop, you’ll learn a step-by-step approach to mindfully connect with your body and gently navigate distressing emotional states, reducing their intensity. You’ll gain practical tools to support emotional regulation, cultivate an inner sense of safety, and restore balance and calm in your daily life.
