Mindful Photo Walk NYC: Learn to See, Not Just Shoot
About this Event
Join this 3-hour mindful photo walk through the vibrant streets and hidden corners of Union Square, where city energy meets moments of stillness. This experience blends photography, mindfulness, and creativity to help you step out of your head and into the present moment.
Your guide is Meirav Amsalem, an NYC-based photographer and storyteller who has spent years using the camera/phone as a tool for presence and calm. Expect gentle prompts, practical tips as we explore our surronding, small supportive group where all levels feel at home.
