Taking place on Friday, November 20, 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City, this year’s luncheon creates a larger shared platform for WBEs, corporate partners, sponsors, Marketplace participants, and regional leaders to gather in one room.
This year’s theme, Powered by Synergy, Driven by Impact, reflects the strength of bringing both regions together to celebrate the partnerships, business wins, and leadership creating impact across Metro NY and Greater DMV.

Start the day at the iconic Mandarin Oriental, New York, where Certified WBEs from both regions will showcase their products and services. Browse, buy, and connect with the businesses within our network.
11:15 AM | Main Stage Welcome
Greater DMV Certified WBE, Holly Byrd Miller, Founder and CEO of Makeup by Holly Beauty Partners and Color Coded Cosmetics, will open the program as our host. WBEC NY DMV President and CEO, Diana Domenech, will share where we are as an organization, what’s ahead, and how we’re building on the momentum across both regions.

12:15 PM | Keynote Fireside Chat
Metro NY Certified WBE, Diana Levy, Founder and CEO of Undercover Snacks, will join us in conversation and share the decisions, setbacks, and opportunities behind scaling from a product created at her kitchen table to a brand with its own manufacturing operation and national retail presence.
1:00 PM | Impact Awards + Prize Drawing
The heart of our celebration, we’ll recognize WBEs, corporate partners, advocates, and allies whose work and leadership have made a meaningful impact across Metro NY and Greater DMV. We’ll also have a few featured giveaways you won't want to miss.
1:45 PM | Marketplace + Strategic Networking
The Marketplace will reopen for one last stretch for us to revisit standout businesses, exchange contact information with new connections, and leave with a clear next step.
