About this Event
Moving your body has great benefits for your mental health. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by releasing feel-good chemicals in the brain. Regular exercise can help you sleep better, feel more confident, and think more clearly, making it an effective way to keep your mind healthy and happy.
In this series, you can expect to participate in a variety of different exercise options. Each event will focus on a different type of exercise (yoga, cardio workouts, hiking, etc.). For yoga, cardio, and strength building class, all exercise equipment will be included in your ticket price. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided as well.
