Simple Qigong and Tai Chi practices for people of all ages and abilities.
The centuries old practice of Qigong combines relaxed breathing with slow gentle movement to restore energy and calm the nervous
system. Students will be guided through movements from a variety of Qigong and Tai Chi forms leaving them feeling relaxed and
energized.

About the Instructor
Jenny Cox is an avid Tai Chi practitioner who has completed over 100 hours of in person Qigong teacher training. She offers classes
and programs for stress management, as well as classes for children. Her teaching journey started in 2024 —and it has transformed both her practice and her life.
